Dr Pradeep Mishra General Practitioner
Dr Mishra is a UK trained General Practitioner with postgraduate qualifications and experience in Diabetes and Endocrinology. He has experience in managing both Types 1 and 2 diabetes besides Pre-diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disease, menopause, osteoporosis & Vitamin D deficiency and weight management. Dr Clarkson trained at Liverpool University in England before undertaking additional tarining in General Practice, qualifying as a GP in 1989. I moved to Australia in 1998 and worked in Townsville, Magnetic Island, Malanda and Ravenshoe before moving to Cairns seven years ago. I enjoy all aspects of general practice, but am particularly interested in women’s heath, antenatal care, mental health, and preventative medicine for chronic conditions such as heart disease and osteoporosis.

He has interests in all aspect of general practice particularly general dermatology, skin cancer medicine, paediatrics, tropical medicine and indigenous health.
